This week sees us at the DBS Spring Sales, where, on the opening day, we have made a purchase for a new client.

Winners Galore!
The yard has enjoyed a recent hot streak of form with winners from Invisible Man (Worcester), Sam Sharp (Haydock), Royal Max (Wetherby), Felix Da Housecat (Towcester) and Epernay (Carlisle).

It's been a quiet week with the ground being so firm and having so few National Hunt runners.

  • Carter ran very well at Stratford with his first start over hurdles. Although being "novicey" over the hurdles and letting the winner have the run of the race, I was quite happy with his second and I am sure he will improve in the not too distant future.

  • Invisible Man is running this evening at Worcester. Has been a little disappointing but has the ground he likes tonight and should run very well.

  • Yard News:

  • We have just taken delivery of a horsebox, again to carry two horses, to add to our "fleet" ! Sam, our second travelling head lass, can't wait to get behind the wheel!
  • David Crosse and Harry Skelton have been over to school over fences Craiglands and Felix Da Housecat.
